I started out as basic concept by drawing out a few characters first as well as the color pallet that I desired. Since this project was supposed to show off our Photoshop skills and unique costume design. I wanted to color and draw these figures first to see how I can manipulate that similar feel using the computer.
I wanted the witches to be unique and look magical. Most people think of witches being old and have a haggard appearance. Why would an individual approach someone that looked like that!? So as a result of that methodology I wanted them to look beautiful while still looking magical and mysterious.
